Access data
On each visit, technical data is logged automatically, including IP address, timestamp and browser type. It keeps the service secure and is deleted after a short period.
Data we collect
Only the data needed to reply to you is collected, and sensitive data is not requested: your name, an email address and, if you wish, a phone number, plus your message and technical data such as your IP address.
Purposes and lawful basis
We use your data only to operate the site securely and respond to your messages. The lawful basis is legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) of the UK GDPR), with consent where required (Article 6(1)(a)). Your data is never sold or rented.
Data security
Data travels over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. Access is limited to those who need it, and suitable measures protect against loss, alteration or unauthorised access.
Retention
Data is kept only as long as needed and then deleted, save where a legal duty applies. Server logs are held briefly and then erased.
